Digital Lead - Daily Rate Contract

The Opportunity:

A global FMCG organisation in Dublin is embarking on a significant modernisation journey within its R&D / laboratory space. They’re seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Leader to take ownership of the programme – shaping vision, orchestrating workshops, and guiding the organisation from strategy to implementation.

This is not a “hands-off” role – you’ll be embedded as the go-to advisor for senior stakeholders, ensuring the initiative delivers measurable impact across ways of working, organisational design, and enabling technology.

Dublin Based - 2 days p/w week onsite
Sector: Consumer Goods / Cosmetics Industry
Term: Initial 9 months with likelihood of extension
Strong Rate Available Subject To Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding an end-to-end digital change journey - strategy, people, process, and tech.
• Facilitating high-level workshops with business & technical leaders.
• Supporting re-design of processes, structures, and operating models.
• Ensuring change adoption across functions and supporting solution roll-out.
• Acting as a trusted sounding board for executives in R&D and innovation.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ yrs background in leading large-scale modernisation programmes.
• Exposure to cosmetics, consumer goods, or laboratory / R&D environments is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to bridge business vision and technology delivery.
• Skilled facilitator with a track record of bringing diverse stakeholders together.
• Comfortable moving from strategy / roadmap creation through to delivery & adoption.
